Getting Started New User?

CV World is a mobile application that helps job seekers create professional CVs, find relevant job opportunities, and manage job applications - all from your smartphone. We also offer an Admin Console for recruiters and agents to manage CV assignments with full audit logging.

CV World offers both free and premium features. Basic CV creation and job searching are free. Premium features (advanced templates, priority support, unlimited applications) require a subscription. Check our Refund Policy for more details.

You can download CV World from the Google Play Store. Click the "Get it on Google Play" button on our homepage or search for "CV World" in the Play Store. An iOS version is coming soon.

Yes, you need to create an account to save your CV, apply for jobs, and track applications. Registration requires your name, email address, and a secure password.

Account & Privacy

We take security seriously. Your CV and personal data are encrypted (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit). All access to your CV is logged, and we implement role-based access controls. Read our full Security Policy for more details.

Your CV is only shared with employers, recruiters, or agents when you apply for a job or opt into our talent pool. All access is logged and auditable. You can request an access log at any time by emailing audit@cvworldd.com.

You can delete your account through the app settings (Profile → Account → Delete Account). You can also request deletion by emailing privacy@cvworldd.com. Your data will be removed within 30 days, though some logs may be retained for legal compliance.

Absolutely. Email audit@cvworldd.com with subject "CV Access Log Request" and include your registered email address. You will receive a report showing who accessed your CV, when, and what action they took.

CV Management

After logging in, tap "Create CV" or "My CV". You can either upload an existing PDF/DOCX file or build your CV from scratch using our template builder. Add your personal information, work history, education, skills, and a professional summary.

Yes! Premium users can create and store up to 5 different CV versions tailored to different job types (e.g., one for tech roles, one for management positions). Free users can have one active CV.

We support PDF, DOC, DOCX, and TXT files. Maximum file size is 10MB. For best results, we recommend using PDF format to preserve formatting.

Job Applications

Our smart algorithm analyzes your CV (skills, experience, location preferences) and matches you with relevant job postings from our employer network. You'll receive personalized job recommendations in your feed.

Browse job listings, tap on any job that interests you, then tap "Apply Now". Your CV will be sent directly to the employer. You can track application status in the "My Applications" section.

Yes. When you apply for a job, the employer receives your CV and can contact you via email or phone. You can also receive interview invitations and messages through the app's notification system.

You'll receive push notifications when your application is viewed. You can also check the "My Applications" section where application status is updated (Submitted → Viewed → Shortlisted → Rejected).

Billing & Payments

All payments are processed through the Google Play Store. You can use credit/debit cards, Google Play credits, or carrier billing (depending on your region).

Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Select CV World → Cancel Subscription. You will retain premium access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

For Admins & Agents (Console Users)

The Admin Console is a secure web-based system for authorized recruiters, agents, and administrators to manage CV assignments, track access, and maintain audit logs. It is NOT the same as the job seeker mobile app. Access is role-based (Super Admin, Admin, Agent).

Every action in the Admin Console (viewing a CV, downloading, sharing, assigning) is automatically recorded with the user's ID, timestamp, and IP address. These logs cannot be deleted or modified by regular users and are retained for 365 days.

Agents may only view CVs explicitly assigned to them. They cannot download, share, or forward CVs outside the Console. All actions are monitored. Violations result in immediate account termination. Read the full Admin Console Terms.

Report security vulnerabilities or unauthorized access immediately to security@cvworldd.com. For urgent matters, contact your Super Admin directly. Do not disclose issues publicly until we have addressed them.
